The Great Sheffield Duck Race!

21st April 2014 21st April 2014

I think the many would consider the Porter Valley to be the West of Sheffield's gateway to the Peak District. The number of us using the tracks and trails to run, walk and bike is huge. Therefore helping to maintain the Valley is key to ensure it stays the way it is and doesn't suffer from over use. The Friends of the Porter Valley (http://www.fopv.org.uk) are commited to helping preserve and maintain many aspects of the valley.

As keen users of the trails for running Front Runner are pleased to be able to help support The Duck Race. For more information about the race and a quick snippet of the action check out the clip below...

The Duck Race itself will start at 2pm, ending at about 2:30. But there'll be lots of stalls and other attractions from 10am. There'll be an Easter Bonnet competition, judging at 1:30. The prize-giving for the duck race will be at about 3:30.

We look forward to seeing you there :-)

Steve
