At Front Runner, we hope to provide our customers with a service that allows you to make the best decisions possible when it comes to a purchase. However we do understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item, in this case we would like to make this process as easy as possible.
Should you wish to return an item, you must do so within 28 days of receiving the product. Where possible we will either exchange the product or offer a full refund as per you request. Please note that it may not always be possible to exchange a product if the item is no longer in stock, in which case a full refund will be offered. The value of the product(s), paid at the time of purchase will be refunded to the same debit or credit card number used to make the original purchase. In order to process a return, the product(s) must be returned in a re-saleable condition in all it’s original packaging. If you fail to adhere to these requirements we regret that we will not be able to process your return.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of return postage unless the goods are found to be faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or do not meet the description given. You must include the original packaging and product labels. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of money refunded for goods returned which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected.
Our store is unable to refund orders which are placed online and returned in the shop. They can however receive the goods if accompanied by a returns number, for processing by the web sales team the next working day.
We believe in and stock high quality products here at Front Runner, every now and again however an item may have a manufacturing fault. If you believe the item to be faulty, please follow the procedure above, include a note along with the product explaining what you believe the fault to be and it’s location on the item.
*Our returns policy applies to all purchases from our online store, excluding the following items which cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items marked 'Clearance'
- Bespoke and customised goods
- Goods which will deteriorate or expire rapidly (for example food)
- Goods received sealed for heath protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Sealed audio, video and software products once unsealed.
