Created as a trail racing shoe, the Hoka Torrent incorporates the seemingly contradictory combination of cushioning and agility. The lightweight performance is made possible with a PROFLY™ midsole, providing a forgiving (softer) landing and a responsive (firmer) toe-off. This trail racer is responsive enough to race up the mountains, and forgiving enough to fly down them. High-traction rubber and aggressive multidirectional lugs (~5mm deep) mean that when your feet are on the ground they’re sure of their footing.
