Adam Taylor –  is an expert at personal training, running coaching and nutritional advice. He works with people who lack the confidence and clear action plan they need to get fit quickly.

Adam graduated from the Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Sports Science and Management and has also gained a Certificate in Personal Training through Focus Training. He also holds a United Kingdom Athletics coach licence.

adam-taylorSince 2007 Adam has competed in over 200 races from road, cross country, trail to fell and mountain races. He has run for various running clubs / athletics clubs and I represented Leicestershire & Rutland (2011 & 2013) at the Intercounties fell race.

Adam's 1-2-1 personal training programmes are tailored towards your personal goals such as losing weight, getting fitter, or changing your body shape. Each programme is suitable for anyone who is capable of exercising or wishing to start exercising. If you’ve tried in the past but found it difficult to motivate yourself or just don’t know where to start, then these programmes are for you.

If you don’t live locally but still need some help then not a problem Adam can still help you. He offers online personal training programmes. They involve meeting virtually so your location is not important – you’ll just need access to a computer.

Taylored Personal Trainging organise weekly running groups in Sheffield (Weston Park and Meadowhead) open to all abilities both men and women aged 18-65. Sessions take place outdoors on roads, parks and open countryside. Sessions include various training methods focused on getting you better! Over the summer months Adam organises fortnightly fell running sessions in the Peak District.
