All prices are given in GBP unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of VAT. All prices given are full RRP unless stated otherwise and in this case, the full RRP is listed also. Any items in clearance will be denoted as so; PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON ANY ITEM MARKED AS “CLEARANCE”
Offer and clearance prices are web-specials and do not transfer to products in store unless stated otherwise.
Our secure ordering system ensures your complete privacy. We accept Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Solo & Maestro cards. All card sales are subject to checking and is processed using World Pay. Due to insurance we are not able to accept payments over the telephone.
All goods are picked and packed by hand in store. We do not use an external courier service, all items are posted with Royal Mail via our local post office about 3 doors down from the shop. All orders received before 4pm Monday-Friday will be posted that day, any orders placed outside of that period will be posted first thing on the next working day.
All stock levels shown in our webstore is a direct representation of stock levels in store in Sheffield. Web store stock is updated on a daily basis, as such there is a small period of time each day where there may be some discrepancy between stock levels shown on the web store and the actual physical stock in store. If an order is placed on a product that is no longer in stock, we will send an email as soon as the web order is processed to inform the customer. At this point we can offer a similar product or a full refund (for more information on the refund process, please see below)
We are a UK site and a shop based in Sheffield, UK; as such all sizes given are UK sizes unless stated otherwise. Any products that we feel fit either small or large we aim to make this clear in the item description however if you need guidance in this area please contact us at email@example.com or 0114 2669591.
Upon arrival of your purchase, if you believe the product to be anything other than what was described or you believe the product to be faulty. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0114 2669591 and we will endeavour to rectify the situation. Please DO NOT return the item before contacting us.
We accept returns on all products (excl. nutrition and clearance products) within 28 days of receipt of the product. Returns will only be accepted on goods in the same condition as when dispatched from the shop, please note, returns will not be accepted on products unless contact has been made with us prior to their return. Once you have decided to return the product and you have contacted us here at myRaceKit North we reserve the right to refuse the return if the product condition is deemed to be subpar when we receive the item. The packaging, postage and condition of the product is solely the customer’s responsibility at this point, as if the cost of return postage.
Upon receipt of the returned item, a replacement product or refund will be processed in line with what has been agreed during the returns process between myRaceKit North and the returnee.
All refunds, whether for faulty items, lack of stock or returns will be processed via the payment method used for purchase. Refunds can only be processed once the funds on question are received by myRaceKit, this can take up to 3 working days from the date of purchase, this is due to security processes used by our World Pay system. This will rarely affect any returns or faulty goods refunds but may affect “lack of stock” refunds; in this case we will endeavour to keep you up to date on the refund process.
Upon inception of the refund, it may take up to 3 working days for the funds to be transferred back to you via the payment method used at checkout.
We work hard to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and helpful at all times. We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website or catalogue and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.
